At SVL Nutrition, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@svlnutrition.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
